Biography
Isaac is designing a model to quantify the equity impacts of different climate policies on Canadian consumers, focusing on distributional impacts to different income and geographic groups. He is currently reviewing literature on modeling and transportation justice. His research will be highly relevant to the design of effective and equitable climate policy.
