Security Briefing Request Form

Use this form to assist with planning your international travel to high risk destinations or for group trips organized by the university.

Please list all locations you plan to visit (city/province/state, country)
E.g. Co-op, Research, Exchange, etc.
Include the dates that you will be visiting each location.
Please list any specific concerns you may have regarding the location you're traveling to (e.g. health, LGBTQ+, etc.)

Once your request has been recieved, the travel safety coordinator will connect with International SOS. It may take up to one week to receive your requested security briefing.
