Senior Advisor to the Provost
In his role as Principal, Dr. Kevin Oldknow provides strategic and operational leadership for the Surrey campus in alignment with SFU's strategic vision and Academic Plan. A member of the SFU community since 2012, he has held several academic leadership roles, including senior advisor to the provost on academic planning, associate dean in the Faculty of Applied Sciences, inaugural director of the School of Sustainable Energy Engineering, and acting dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences.
