REGISTRAR AND INFORMATION SERVICES
Registrar & Information services provices current and prospective Undergraduate students with vital information and connects them to various on-campus resources.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Academic Advising
Do you have questions about SFU, admissions, requirements, or programs? An academic advisor can help direct you to the right resources. Drop-in hours are available to all students at SFU Surrey.
Drop-in hours: Wednesdays, 1:00-3:00 PM
Location: Check in with the Registrar & Information Services staff (on the Mezzanine) and let them know you’d like to see an Academic Advisor.
Financial Aid and Awards
Financial Aid and Awards Advisors can respond to your questions about government-issued student financial assistance, as well as questions you may have about SFU-based bursaries, scholarships, awards and other funding opportunities.

Student ID cards
SFU student ID cards are available at the Surrey campus Registrar and Information Services. Bring valid photo ID to have have your photo taken and your card printed.
Please report any lost or stolen cards immediately to Facilities at 778-782-8021. Replacement cards can be obtained at Registrar and Information Services for a $17.27 fee per replacement card.
U-Pass BC Program
SFU's U-Pass BC Program is a transportation package which provides students in Metro Vancouver with universal and affordable access to public transit. It is a mandatory program for all members of the Simon Fraser Student Society (SFSS) and Graduate Student Society (GSS).
