SFU Innovation Plaza
The SFU Innovation Plaza in Surrey’s innovation corridor advances the emerging fields of quantum computing and agricultural technology (agri-tech), as well as entrepreneurship in B.C.
The SFU Innovation Plaza is home to the Quantum Algorithms Institute, B.C. Centre for Agritech Innovation, and the Charles Chang Institute for Entrepreneurship.
The plaza is a state-of-the-art physical hub that consists of a mix of offices and open seating, meeting rooms and classroom space that overlook the downtown core and the adjacent SFU at Central City. The space facilitates collaborations between academia, government and industry, accelerates innovation and benefits students preparing for sought-after careers in these burgeoning fields.
