Incoming Mail

Most departments have an internal mail station and staff have designated mail slots at these stations. Please see your department manager about setting up your mail slot at your department’s station. For departments without a mail station, items received will be delivered to the department’s office assistant for distribution.

Oversized items are delivered to the recipient personally or held by the mail room. The recipient will be contacted via phone or e-mail for pickup of held mail.

Outgoing Mail

Outgoing mail for faculty and staff members can be placed in the drop box located on SRYC Level 3 near the top of the escalators. The outgoing mail box is located at the top left corner box of the assignment drop boxes. Items that do not fit in the drop box can be brought to the mail room or pick up can be arranged by calling 778-782-8021.

All outgoing mail must be postage paid or accompanied by a shipping form.
