Surrey DocSol Service Updates - Spring 2022
Effective immediately, please note the following service update from Document Solutions at SFU Surrey regarding standard jobs for Surrey-based faculty and staff. (Note: Examples of standard jobs include exam printing, Crowdmark scanning, and handouts).
Same Day Service:
Order must be submitted in WebCRD by 12:00 noon and will be ready for pickup by 3:30pm same day
- Same day service surcharge is 25%
- Orders submitted before noon but not needed until next day noon or later will incur no rush charge
Next Day Service:
Orders submitted in WebCRD 12:00 noon or later will be ready for pickup by 12:00 noon Next Business Day
Note: If your job is ready sooner, then we will contact you to pickup when it is complete. No extra fees will be charged if you ordered with Next Day Service but it is ready sooner (Same Day).
At SFU Surrey, Document Solutions is located on the Mezzanine level, room 2590.
Current hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the office closed between 12:00 to 1:00 PM for lunch.
