The SFU Compensation team oversees compensation planning for all annual salary progressions and salary schedules, as well as periodically reviewing pay structures to market pay.
Compensation Planning and Reporting:
Each year SFU is required to fulfill several reporting requirements to PSEC. This includes the Compensation Base Report, Executive Compensation Disclosure, Baseline Survey, and Senior Employee Compensation.
SFU wants to ensure we have a competitive advantage in the market place, this is why we participate in market surveys.
