Anxiety Management during COVID-19

A Practical Evidence-Based Self-Help Program for COVID-19-Related Worry and Low Mood
The Valley Centre for Counselling has created a six-session program for worry and low mood related to COVID-19. They are free and publically available on their website: http://valleycentreforcounselling.com/onanxiety. These sessions may be of value to those currently affected by the current global health crisis.
