Tatum Askew
MRM (Planning) Student
Resource & Environmental Management
Biography
Tatum’s (she/her) current interests centre around legal pluralism within resource management, water policy, and nature-based solutions. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Environment and Sustainability at the University of British Columbia in 2022. After briefly working in the non-profit sector, she chose the planning stream in the Resource and Environmental Management program at Simon Fraser University due to its diverse array of courses and training in parallel fields of study. In her free time, Tatum enjoys creating jewellery, reading, hiking, and anything related to puppies.
