Biography
Phil Bradshaw is a Registered Professional Planner, the current President for the Vancouver Chapter of the Society of Decision Professionals, and a PhD Candidate with the School of Resource and Environmental Management at Simon Fraser University. For the past decade, Phil has been working on water use planning at BC Hydro which balances water used for power generation with other values such as the water needed for fish, wildlife, vegetation, culture and heritage. Phil is currently on an Education Leave to dive deep into how a large utility company like BC Hydro can improve their water use decision-making and planning.
