Alumni Student Number Request Form

This form is intended for SFU alumni who need assistance retrieving their student number.

If you have forgotten your SFU student number, please complete the form below. Our staff will verify your information and email your student number to you within 3–5 business days.

If you did not complete a degree or diploma from SFU, please contact Registrar and Information Services at 778-782-6930 or reginfo@sfu.ca to obtain your student number.
