Notice to students who have applied for graduation for the Spring 2015 term

If you require an official letter confirming the successful completion of all academic requirements for your program prior to May 19, 2015, you may request a Credential Completion Letter.

Official transcripts

An official transcript is a complete record of your academic history at Simon Fraser University up until the day the transcript is produced. It lists classes in progress, courses you have taken, grades received, credentials awarded and other information relating to your undergraduate and graduate academic career at SFU. Course work taken at other institutions that is being credited towards your program at SFU will not appear on your official transcript, but it will list the name of the institution at which transfer credit was taken as well as the total number of transfer credit received.

All official transcripts are printed on security paper with the Simon Fraser University seal and signature of the Registrar. Official transcripts are available to current students, former students and alumni. All outstanding accounts must be cleared before an official transcript is released.
