Admission Conditions

Applicants must meet SFU doctoral admissions requirements. A Master's degree and demonstrated educational leadership experience, as well as strong academic performance, are preferred.

Candidates will also have several years of exemplary and varied educational and professional experience. Of particular value will be evidence that the candidates manifest an interest in critical reflection on issues of leadership and potential for providing distinctive leadership in their subsequent educational careers (supported by peer/colleague references).
