Jill Earthy

Biography

Jill Earthy is a forward-thinking business leader with a drive to create an inclusive innovation ecosystem. As CEO of InBC Investment Corp., Jill leads a provincial Crown corporation with a strategic investment fund of $500 million to invest in growing companies and funds, with a triple bottom line approach that values people, planet and profit to build a more prosperous, sustainable and inclusive future for British Columbia.
Jill has held multiple leadership positions, including formerly as CEO of WeBC, Head of Female Funders and Chief Growth Officer of FrontFundr. As an entrepreneur, she has built and sold two national companies.
Jill is an active member of the community and currently serves on the Board of The Forum. She is also an Advisor to the SFU Beedie School of Business, Peter P. Dhillon Centre for Business Ethics at the UBC Sauder School of Business and Impact Investing Hub at UVic’s Gustavson School of Business.
