Gonzalo Gomez Mont Landerreche
Why did you decide to pursue an MBA and what drew you to the SFU Beedie School of Business?
It was something that made a lot of sense in this stage of my life (even thought I would have never thought it did) and SFU convinced me from the first interaction. The quality of everyone I interacted throughout the process exceeded my expectations. I want to have a more comprehensive view of business and SFU is the best place to get it.
How would you describe SFU Beedie’s culture?
Open & engaging. It’s a place nobody should be afraid of being themselves, and where everyone can realize they have something of value to share.
What has been your favourite experience so far? What are you looking forward to?
Getting to know my cohort’s view in different topics. This is probably the most diverse room I’ve ever been and it shows in the variety and quality of the conversation.
Go-to study location: Any available space on the second floor of the Segal Building
Go-to study snack: Spicy Mexican candy
Your SFU Beedie experience in 3 words: Collaborative. Transformative. Inspiring.
