Why did you decide to pursue an MBA and what drew you to the SFU Beedie School of Business?

I decided to pursue an MBA to strengthen my strategic and leadership skills and gain a broader business perspective to complement my marketing background. SFU Beedie stood out to me because of its collaborative culture, strong reputation, and the opportunity to learn in an intimate, discussion-driven environment within Vancouver’s dynamic business ecosystem.

How would you describe SFU Beedie’s culture?

SFU Beedie’s culture feels collaborative, welcoming, and highly engaged. The small cohort size creates a close-knit environment where students actively participate, support one another, and feel comfortable contributing to discussions.

What has been your favourite experience so far? What are you looking forward to?

My favorite experience so far has been the group and class discussions, along with the interactive activities during lectures and orientation. I’ve really enjoyed how open and participatory the learning environment is. I’m looking forward to deeper collaboration on group projects and becoming more involved in student organizations throughout the program.
