Kab Lae Kim
Biography
Kab Lae Kim is a Research Fellow and Head of Financial Consumer Protection Research Center at Korea Capital Market Institute. He acquired his LL.M. and SJD (Doctor of Juridical Science) from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. He is an attorney-at-law licensed in New York. His research has focused on securities regulation, corporation, and financial taxation. He has been advising the Korean government on the issues relating to capital market, social finance, and financial taxation. Currently, he is researching on SIBs (Social Impact Bonds) and CGT (capital gains tax) on stock trading.
