Suzanne Hawkes
PARTNER, CONVERGENCE STRATEGIES
Suzanne Hawkes is a management consultant, leadership trainer, and facilitator. She has supported stakeholder engagement and dialogue, organizational planning and change initiatives across the US, Canada and overseas for over 20 years. Her vision: a diverse, cross-sectoral network of powerful, collaborative, service-oriented leaders working across difference to achieve transformational change. Suzanne is a principal with Convergence Strategies, and on the design team and faculty of Simon Fraser University’s Executive Leadership Certificate Program, both based in Vancouver, Canada. She is the sole Canadian trainer with the Rockwood Leadership Institute, and an associate of California-based InPartnership Consulting. Suzanne supports leaders and organizations from a range of sectors, including civic engagement, business, philanthropy, public health, sustainability and education. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, and a Master’s in Resource and Environmental Management from Simon Fraser University; both degrees focused on indigenous and community-led resource management.
