INFORMATION SECURITY ESSENTIALS COURSE
Information Security Services has launched a new Information Security Essentials Course for Cybersecurity Awareness Month (October 2023) to equip members of the SFU community with the right tools they need to reduce the risk of fraud, scams or breaches.
All SFU faculty and staff are required to complete the course, which supports the new policies under GP 24: Acceptable Use and Security of Digital Information and Electronic Systems.

Many can be so realistic that it’s easy to mistake it for a legitimate message. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
