After a slight detour due to COVID-19, the evaluations and implementation using the HAY Job Evaluation methodology for all APEX / APSA positions is now complete. The final activity for this Phase of the project is an additional deeper review of all finance manager positions to better understand the differences between central vs. local roles. We have been meeting with key representatives identified by each faculty to support this work in August-September with an estimated completion date of September 2020.
