SCUS, SCUP, and Senate Meeting Schedule and SCUS Material Deadlines
The schedule of meetings for the Senate Committee on Undergraduate Studies (SCUS), Senate Committee on University Priorities (SCUP), and Senate can be found in the calendar below. The material deadlines for the Senate Committee on Undergraduate Studies (SCUS) is also listed below.
The Undergraduate Curriculum Dates contains SCUS, SCUP and Senate meeting dates and SCUS material deadline dates. Senate and Academic Services will add new meeting dates as they become available to the Undergraduate Curriculum Dates file and the newer dates will automatically load into your SFU Mail calendar after the first time setup.
Please follow the instructions below on how to subscribe to an external calendar:
1. Go to mail.sfu.ca and log in.
2. Click on Calendar.
3. Right-click on Your calendars and select Open calendar.
4. Right-click on the ICS file link below and select Copy Link Address.
5. Paste the link into the Internet calendar field and click Open.
6. Undergrad Curriculum Dates now appears under Your calendars.
Once you have completed the steps for loading the Undergraduate Curriculum Dates into your SFU Mail calendar, you can highlight it to add to your calendar or unselect it to hide it.

Recommendations by Senate to the Board of Governors for the establishment of new academic programs, or the termination of an academic program, require approval of the Board through the University Relations Committee (URC).
