RunItUp (android app)
By: Olivia Steed, Agastya Oruganti
Course: IAT 359 Mobile Computing
Project description: RunItUp is a running app designed to motivate users to run by encouraging them to set goals, reflect on their progress, and set run reminders. Users can input past runs, schedule future runs, and record current runs, during which their steps, pace, activity time, calories burned, and route are saved. The dashboard provides a weekly overview of stats, goal progress and displays the next run. Users can also view their progress by run, where there routes are also saved, or by stat where current progress is compared with other time intervals. Recovery information on stretching, nutrition, and safety is also included to emphasize the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
