7 Places To Grab A Bite Over 2022 Winter Break On Burnaby Campus
Are you on Burnaby campus over the winter break? Whether you're a student staying in res or working on campus, there are still options available on the mountain when you need to grab a bite. Here are some of the spots you’ll find open over the holidays:
Starbucks
While the West Mall location is closed for most of the break, Starbucks in Cornerstone has your morning coffee or afternoon pick-me-up covered, check out their winter break hours here.
Biercraft
Are you looking for a spot where you can enjoy a weekend brunch or after work drinks? Biercraft has you covered. They are open regular hours, aside from:
Dec 24: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
Dec 25: Closed
Dec 26: 2:00pm – Close

Subway
While Subway in Mackenzie Café is closed for most of the break, Subway in UniverCity is ready to prepare your favourite footlong every day of the break! They’ll be open from 7:30am – 6:00pm daily.
Nesters Market
If you’re in the mood for some fresh air, walk over to Nesters Market in UniverCity. You can pick up something that’s ready to eat in their bakery and deli, or opt for a frozen meal to heat in the microwave (we love the ready to eat meals from local company, Barakah Eats!). Nesters is open 8:00am – 9:00pm daily, except:
