Sharing
Viewing and Sharing Content
SFU vault will adapt screen orientation to optimize how files may be viewed across multiple handheld devices. Photo libraries will display images from either portrait or landscape, which are shown below respectively on the iPad interface.
To share a document or image, you can use one of the two following methods:
- Slide your finger to the right across the item that you would like to modify, and select the three-dotted "Share" logo.
- While viewing a particular file in the library, select the "Share" logo below the display section.
The Share screen will provide multiple methods to allow other users to view the content. Select the blue "Add User or Group" option to manually enter individual contacts or groups by typing into a search bar.
Alternatively, activating the "Share link" switch will allow other communication platforms to be used for sending out a link that will navigate back to the file.
Select "Get Share link" to choose from possible sharing options.
Plenty of common messaging platforms are supported with shared links on SFU vault, such as text messaging, email, Facebook, Twitter, or WhatsApp.
For a more versatile approach, users can select "Copy link" to share the file by simply pasting the hyperlink anywhere else.
iOS users can also make use of AirDrop functionality to share between other Apple devices such as Macbooks.
