Her classes are rooted in mindfulness, with a sense of play that invites students to explore, have fun, and find what feels good in their bodies. She hopes students leave feeling more grounded, connected, and present. Sian is a also an assistant professor in SFU’s School of Resource and Environmental Management, where she studies climate change impacts on terrestrial ecosystems.
