Weightlifting

New to the gym or don’t know how to get started? These courses offer an introduction to proper weightlifting techniques in a supportive and engaging environment. Taught by our friendly and experienced personal trainers, these courses will provide you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence. Learn how to use barbells, free weights, machines, kettlebells and resistance bands all while getting in a great workout!
