Upcoming Sessions
- Grounding & Reset Circle | Friday, February 6 | 1 - 2 PM
This opening session offers a calm, welcoming space for students to reconnect with themselves and one another. Through grounding exercises, gentle reflection, and affirmations, participants will set intentions for their personal healing journey. Light refreshments and wellness materials will be provided.
- Self-Care for Black Students | Friday, February 20 | 3 - 4 PM
This session explores culturally rooted self-care strategies that support the academic and personal wellness of Black students. Participants will create a mini self-care toolkit while learning practical, sustainable ways to rest, recharge, and set healthy boundaries.
- Trauma-Informed Skills & Stress Regulation | Friday, March 6 | 3 - 4 PM
Students will learn trauma-informed practices that support the nervous system and help manage everyday stressors. Through guided somatic techniques and interactive “regulation stations,” participants will leave with tools they can use anytime they feel overwhelmed.
- Expressive Art Therapy Session | Friday, March 13 | 3 - 4 PM
This hands-on creative session uses guided artmaking to support emotional release, reflection, and self-expression. Students will have access to paints, collage materials, and canvas boards as they explore what healing means to them. No art experience required.
- Movement & Rhythm Healing | Monday, March 30 | 3 - 4 PM
Through gentle movement, stretching, and rhythmic exercises, this session guides students to release tension held in the body. Curated music and supportive facilitation invite participants to experience embodiment, joy, and the restorative power of rhythm.
- Joy, Rest & Celebration Circle | Friday, April 10 | 3 - 4 PM
This closing gathering centers joy, gratitude, and community connection. Students will reflect on their growth, contribute to a collective “joy jar,” and participate in an uplifting affirmation ritual. Snacks and small wellness items will be provided as part of the celebration.
