Mindfulness Meditation

Connect with your body, relax your mind, and discover tools for bringing more calm and ease into your life.

About

Mindfulness Meditation is a free online drop-in class for SFU students, faculty, and staff. Monday sessions are geared towards self-compassion, and Wednesday sessions are regular mindfulness practices.

No previous experience is necessary.

How does it work?

Each session includes mindfulness practice, information on habits of mind, and the opportunity for a brief discussion about the practice.

Join the online sessions

The sessions are drop-ins - no registration required.

If you prefer to practice in person, join us on the Vancouver campus for our weekly Breathwork and Meditation practice

A variety of HCS staffers facilitate these drop-in sessions, please email Sarah Parkes at sacomin@sfu.ca for more information.
