The Working Mind
The Working Mind is an evidence-based, accredited training developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada. Delivered by SFU’s Organizational Health & Well-being team, this interactive program is designed to provide practical tools and strategies for leaders and supervisors to better support themselves, support others, and contribute to a supportive SFU environment.
The Working Mind Course Outline 2026
We encourage you to make time for this timely training - and to support your colleagues to do the same. By participating, you are not only developing essential skills but also helping to build a stronger, more supportive SFU culture.
Please register early to secure your spot. Sessions will be offered on Burnaby campus, with a new session added on Vancouver campus. Planning is underway for a Surrey campus session to be offered in 2026.
