Softphone (Mitel)
A phone application replacement for Bria CCS
Mitel softphone is a software application that runs on a computer or mobile device and functions as campus extension. It replaces Bria CCS at SFU. With the Mitel Softphone, users enjoy almost every feature of the Mitel phone right on the desktop without the hardware. You can take, make and transfer calls, see voicemail alerts and manage voicemail and even initiate and manage conference calls.
