Whether you're a beginner looking to groove to the basics or an experienced dancer aiming to sharpen your skills, our Dance classes have something for every level! Our classes are designed to make fitness fun and accessible! Our talented instructors are here to guide you through each step, helping you build confidence, improve flexibility, and feel the joy of movement. 

Group Fitness classes will be offered during TRIAL WEEK.
