PILATES INSTRUCTORS

Alishia is an experienced group fitness instructor with a background coaching Mat & Reformer Pilates, Barre, Dance, Functional Strength, HIIT, and Cardio Endurance classes. She brings an upbeat and positive energy to every class and loves a great playlist!

Her previous coaching experience includes private clubs and boutique fitness studios in Toronto and Vancouver. She aims to provide challenging and accessible classes so everyone can leave the studio feeling accomplished. Let’s move together!

Elena is a Stotts Pilates instructor and SFU cognitive science student. She is deeply passionate about health, longevity, and fostering a lifelong commitment to fitness. In her classes, she emphasizes hard work, safety, and inclusivity, creating an environment where every student feels supported. For Elena, one of the most rewarding aspects of teaching Pilates is building personal connections with her students.

Luce Calderon

Program: Pi Yoga - Mondays 5:30-6:20pm

Luce is a current master's student at UBC, an SFU alumni; graduating with a degree in psychology and a minor in education. She obtained her yoga certification in 2017 because she found yoga can be physically and mentally stimulating. She loves to incorporate all types of novel poses into her practice to make sure class is as exciting as it is relaxing. Additionally, she specializes in deep stretch training from her experience in competitive cheerleading and dance. Currently she is practicing ballet and is working on advanced yoga arm balancing poses.

Richelle has been a passionate fitness competitor in bodybuilding for the past three years and has enriched the lives of numerous clients through her role as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Motivated by her desire to make a significant impact on individual health and community well-being, she recently launched Sunday Move Club, an initiative that offers feel-good fitness classes that aim to improve physical fitness while giving back to charitable causes in Vancouver's Tri-Cities. Richelle's unique approach blends strength training with restorative movements from yoga and Pilates, maximizing strength, mobility, and overall body health.
