Incident Reporting records
Location of PIB (Department)

Types of Personal Information (PI) in the PIB
Name, address, telephone number, age, sex, student number, third party opinions about individuals, individuals' own views or opinions.
Individuals included in the PIB
Members of the University community, including students, staff and faculty. Members of the general public who visit the University.
Purposes for which PI collected, used and disclosed
Information is collected in the process of investigating an incident or irregular occurrence on campus. Personal information is disclosed only for the purpose for which it was obtained or compiled or for a use consistent with that purpose, including providing the information to law enforcement or other agencies and University departments if requested.
Individuals using personal information or to whom it is disclosed
Patrol Operations Manager, Secretary and Coordinator; Patrol Supervisors; Traffic Supervisor; Stores Clerk; Dispatch Personnel (contract security); Systems Consultant. Law enforcement agencies (e.g., RCMP, Canada Border Services Agency, etc.) or other agencies and University departments (e.g., ICBC, Environmental Health and Safety, Residence and Housing, etc.) if requested.
