Parking Management Records
Location of PIB (Department)
- Campus Safety and Security Services
Types of Personal Information (PI) in the PIB
Name, address, telephone number, email address, license plate number, driver's license number, student/employee ID number, and individual account number.
Individuals included in the PIB
Members of the University community, including students, staff and faculty. Members of the general public who visit the University.
Purposes for which PI collected, used and disclosed
Information is collected to verify the identity of the individual to whom and the vehicle to which a parking permit is issued. Information is also collected to verify the vehicle to which a Traffic Offense Notice is issued.
Individuals using personal information or to whom it is disclosed
Parking Services Supervisor, Traffic and Parking Enforcement Supervisor, Systems Consultant, Parking Clerks, Parking Reconciliation employee, Patrol Operations Supervisor, Patrol Supervisors, Security Dispatcher and contract security, Patrol Operations Secretary, and Student Patrollers.
