Photo Identification Card Records
Location of PIB (Department)
- Campus Safety and Security Services
Types of Personal Information (PI) in the PIB
Name, photograph, department, and unique photo ID card number.
Individuals included in the PIB
Campus personnel who are required to wear photo identification as part of their employment (e.g., Campus Safety Program staff, contracted security, cleaning staff, etc.)
Purposes for which PI collected, used and disclosed
The Campus Security Department collects personal information for the issuance and administration of photo ID cards, which select campus personnel must visibly wear at all times while on the job.
Individuals using personal information or to whom it is disclosed
Stores Clerk, Patrol Supervisors, and Systems Consultant.
