Our case managers are available Monday-Friday, 9am-4:30pm (excluding statutory holidays). Appointments may be held outside of these hours, by request.

Virtual Support

Zoom drop-in session times:

  • Mondays and Thursdays: 10:30am-12:30pm 
  • Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 1:30-3:30pm

Please note that clicking Drop In Here during the times listed above will move you to a private waiting room. An SVSPO case manager will invite you to join the private virtual meeting room once it is available. You may choose to have your video on or off and/or to display your name during the virtual session.

In-Person Support

Our case managers can meet with you by appointment at any of our three campuses. Or contact us to discuss off-campus meeting location options.
