Landscapes of Injustice Opening
A brand new museum exhibition showcasing the work of the Landscapes of Injustice project will be opening soon. This seven year project, focused on the dispossession of Japanese-Canadians in the 1940s, draws from the outstanding work of many of our graduate students - notably Rebeca Salas, Sonja Aagesen, Josh Labove, Samantha Romano, and Trevor Wideman. Their work should be celebrated.
You are invited to the live-stream launch of the new museum exhibit "Broken Promises" broadcast live from
Nikkei National Museum & Cultural Centre
in Burnaby BC
Join us for an exciting hour filled with short talks and videos introducing you to the final outputs of the Landscapes of Injustice research project.
