| August 1, 2024 | Residence Fees Due (Fall installment) |
| August 31, 2024 | Fall 2024 Move In |
| August 31 - September 2, 2024 | Residence Welcome Days |
| October 1, 2024 | Spring Term Termination Deadline - Burnaby West and Vancouver Contracts: Cancel spring term with no cancellation penalty |
| October 1, 2024 | Applications Open for Fall 2025 - For current undergraduate residents and prospective undergraduate and graduate students |
| November 30, 2024 | Residence Fees Due (Spring 2025 Installment) |
| December from last day of classed during exam period | 23-Hours Quiet Hours (exam period) |
| December 18, 2024 | Fall 2024 Move Out (no later than noon) |
| December 24, 2024 at 4 pm - TBD | Residence and Housing Limited Services for Winter Break |
Fall 2024 Term Application Fees

| Non-refundable application | $50 Payment to complete application |
| Non-refundable confirmation payment* | $700 Due with housing offer deadline |
*This confirmation payment will be applied towards your residence fees for the term and is required prior to each term of your contract.
