Residence main office


If your inquiry can be handled by email or by phone 778-782-4201 please use these services prior to visiting the Housing Office.

  • Residence and Housing office main door will be open from 7:00 a.m. to midnight, 7 days a week. Buzz in service hours is from midnight to 7:00 a.m. Call us via your cell phone or the phone located outside the entrance for access to the office.
  • Residents can make in-person payments and pick up mail from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Printing stations are no longer available within the Residence and Housing Office

When the Residence and Housing Office is closed, emergency supports are available through:

  • Campus Public Safety

Mail pick up services will be available 24/7 
Delivery Update: Due to the COVID-19, The Residence and Housing front desk team will no longer be accepting grocery deliveries because of the perishable nature of these goods. Restaurant orders (via Uber Eats, DoorDash, SkipTheDishes and etc.) will continue to go to the appropriate residence buildings.

Residence life office

Due to COVID-19 Shell House Basement has been closed untill further notice.


Monday – Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Weekends and Holidays: Closed

Shell basement and lounge
open everyday from 8:30 a.m. - 11 p.m.




Guest Accommodations  

Due to COVID-19, effective immediately, Guest Accommodations has closed for summer 2020. This includes the Simon Hotel, Townhouse Units, and Private Residence Rooms. The Simon Hotel will remain closed until mid-September, 2020.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any reservation requests during this period. If you have a request for future dates, please note there may be a delay in response due to the current COVID-19 outbreak.
