Spring 2026 Term Important dates
| August 1, 2025 | Spring Applications Open for New Residents |
| November 30, 2025 | Residence Fees Due |
| January 2, 2026 | Spring Move In |
| January 2026 | Applications for Community Advisors for Summer Fall |
| April from last day of class during exam period | 23-Hours Quiet Hours (exam period) |
| No later than noon April 26 | Move Out for residents not in residence for Summer term |
| May 1-4 | Room Switch Period for Undergraduate residents moving to Summer Housing (by appointments only) |
Spring 2026 Term Application Fees

| Non-refundable confirmation payment* | $700 Due with housing offer deadline |
*This confirmation payment will be applied to your residence fees for the first term of your contract and is required for each new contract.
