What is Mood and Anxiety Skills Program?

Mood & Anxiety Skills Program is a non-judgemental and confidential group for students who want to understand and learn more about how to manage anxiety and mood concerns.

How does it work?

We will be providing psycho-education and teaching practical skills for improving mood, reducing anxiety, and managing stress. Group will be held via Zoom and the link will be sent to participants. Students can join any time and attend any or all sessions (attending all sessions will be most beneficial).
