Undergraduate Awards

We are currently inviting applications for the Pamela Yoon Award in Economics. 

All applications must be submitted to the Undergraduate Program Assistant at econugra@sfu.ca by 11:59 pm on April 19, 2024. Please state the name of the award you are applying for in the email subject and include your student number in the body of the email. 

Submit the following as one single merged PDF file titled as “ yourfullname_studentID_nameofaward.pdf  ”:

• Application cover page (include only your full name, your SFU student number, and the name of the award)
• Letter of intent/cover letter that must include a brief statement outlining your plans to pursue a professional designation in finance such as a CFA or CMT after graduation or proof that you have completed or are currently enrolled in the CFA or CMT.(no more than two pages)
• Resume
• A copy of your advising transcript
• Any additional references, recommendation letters or other supporting materials that are either requested by the terms of reference or that you choose to include as further support for your application. Letters are optional where they are not requested by the terms of reference, but they can be helpful.
