Student Parking lottery
Rules and Conditions
You must be registered for Summer classes at the Surrey campus prior to entering the lottery in order to qualify.
Parking at Central City and all parking services are provided and managed by the landlord and its agents. Simon Fraser University holds no authority or responsibility for the use of the parking facilities. SFU or the landlord and its agents may refuse to sell or may revoke parking if any of the enrolment conditions or parking rules are not met or if outstanding violation fees are not paid in full.
I agree to comply with all Central City Parking terms and conditions and failure to do so will result in having the vehicle ticketed and/or towed at my expense.
I acknowledge that parking is restricted to level P3 of the parkade and the rooftop parking area.
I understand that I am responsible for paying $167.00 per semester ($128.27 + 24% translink + 5% GST). Students employed by SFU on a temporary basis will be required to provide confirmation of employment for each term.
