Thank you for supporting our book and sweets sale!
To support SFU's annual United Way campaign, SFU Surrey held a book and sweets sale last Tuesday, November 30. A total of $753.90 was raised, and all proceeds for this sale went to the United Way campaign, as well as the SFU Flood Relief response and the BC SPCA.
The SFU Surrey community came out in full force to donate gently used books and toys, and also came by on Nov. 30 to find some of these items a new home.
Special thanks to the staff who oversaw the sale during the course of the day and to those who planned it. Thanks also goes to Facilities Services, MECS, and Registrar and Information Services for their help in this year's sale!
