Academic support
From the moment you accept your offer to study at SFU, our friendly and knowledgeable academic advisors can help you with everything from course selection to degree planning. Advisors give you the best possible start to your studies and every step of the way through to your graduation.
Social support
Find friendship from the start with peer mentors. Theses second and third year students are your personal guide to give you the inside scoop on quiet study spaces, fun clubs and activities, favourite professors, and the best food on campus. For FASS students in Surrey
For students who take their first year classes at SFU's Surrey campus, your support network is in place with FASS One, a cohort of small classes, and a team of advisors and mentors.
