Biography
Christine is Adjunct Professor with the Children’s Health Policy Centre in the Faculty of Health Sciences at SFU. She is a Scientific Writer who has authored multiple publications on topics related to children mental health. This includes the Children’s Mental Health Research Quarterly, an electronic publication that focused on interventions to support children’s social and emotional wellbeing. Christine has also co-authored commissioned reports and peer-reviewed articles on a variety of topics ranging from the mental health needs of vulnerable populations to the impact of COVID-19 on children’s wellbeing. Her teaching contributions include supervising and mentoring graduate students and research trainees. Christine also has a clinical psychology practice which focuses on providing evidence-based mental health services to adolescents who are in conflict with the law.
