Biography

As the Manager of Information Technology and Facilities, Darrin provides leadership for the use of technology within the Faculty of Health Sciences. He leads all aspects pertaining to the use and support of computing technology within the Faculty of Health Sciences, including annual technology strategic planning, business process analysis and technology project management. Darrin also supports the day to day facility operations of the Faculty which includes the maintenance of teaching and research laboratories.

Darrin has also been involved in a number of big data research projects which involved the integration of socio-economic and health outcome data.

Prior to this, Darrin worked for provincial agencies and regional government organizations analyzing geographic data.
