Biography

Dr. Peter Andes is lead of ethics training for Fraser Health Authority. Dr. Andes completed his PhD in bioethics at the University of Alberta in 2021 and received his master’s degree in public policy from George Washington University in 2015. Prior to joining Fraser Health, Peter was an assistant lecturer in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Alberta where he taught bioethics for six years and served as editor of the International Review of Information Ethics.
