Job Opportunity - Health Equity Project, EQUIP-ED Study, Vancouver, BC

The EQUIP ED study is now hiring Research Assistants for data collection. This would be a great opportunity for students looking to gain research experience in a health care setting. All are encouraged to apply to job ID 37368 at https://www.hr.ubc.ca/careers-postings/staff-s.php by May 11, 2020.

New RAs will need to attend a mandatory 4-hour training session in late June. Ideally, we would like candidates to commit to working at least 5 shifts (@ 6 hours each = 30 hours) during data collection periods. While we don’t yet know when we will be back in the field to conduct surveys, we would like to use this time to build and train our team of equity-minded RAs.

This is a great opportunity for students or others looking for research experience in a health care setting. In the past, we’ve hired MPH/MSc students, and also students in the health sciences program.
